Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong commitment to providing top-notch support to our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities:Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
Respond to support requests via phone, email, and in-person in a timely manner.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Document and track issues, resolutions, and processes using the company’s ticketing system.
Conduct regular system audits and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
Collaborate with the IT team to develop and implement technology solutions and improvements.
Provide training and support to end-users to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Familiarity with network protocols, hardware, and software.
Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional) are a plus.
